User Agreement

1. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep credentials confidential. You will not attempt to disrupt sessions, scrape assessment banks, or share timed materials outside your purchased seat scope. Corporate purchasers remain responsible for informing their learners of internal acceptable-use expectations.

2. Service description

CloudArc Prep supplies self-paced lessons, live sessions where scheduled, and downloadable artifacts intended for professional study. Features may evolve as exam blueprints change; substantive changes receive notice by email to the address on file. We do not operate as an official certification authority and do not confer credentials beyond certificates of participation where explicitly stated.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate access for material breach after written notice and a ten-business-day cure period where curable. We may suspend access immediately for security incidents, fraud signals, or abusive conduct toward staff or other learners. Upon termination for cause, no refund is owed unless mandatory consumer rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

4. Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling, or using free materials, you accept these terms and any linked policies. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent use.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, our aggregate liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost opportunity damages, including exam outcomes or employment decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
