Residents in Korea may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing where grounds exist under the Personal Information Protection Act. You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Internet & Security Agency or other competent supervisory bodies.
2. Use of data
We process identifiers, contact details, learning activity metadata, and support transcripts to deliver courses, improve materials, and meet legal duties. Analytics events are aggregated where possible and retained under the schedule described in the retention section. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and can be withdrawn through the link in each message or by contacting us directly.

The controller is CloudArc Prep, reachable at [email protected] and at the postal address published on the contact page. For privacy inquiries, include your full name, relationship to any corporate account, and a concise description of your request. We may ask for additional verification before disclosing personal data to protect account integrity.
4. Third parties
We rely on subprocessors for email delivery, video hosting, and infrastructure, each bound by written agreements requiring appropriate safeguards. A current list of categories is available on request and is updated when materially new categories are introduced. We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable Korean guidance on resale of data inventories.
5. Scope
This notice applies to visitors of ateatatax.digital, enrolled learners, and corporate administrators managing seats. It does not apply to third-party sites linked for convenience; their policies govern their processing. Offline events may collect supplemental paper forms; those forms reference event-specific notices when distributed.
